Best place(country) to buy digital cameras in terms of price?

i would like to buy a digital camera. suggest the best place in terms of price to buy from as i have friends in many countries whom i can ask to buy. i prefer to buy a panasonic lumix or a olympus.

The best place is not a country but the internet. You will get a better deal from Amazon or one of the many internet camera stores.
